What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
Two rules, both written into our refund policy.
You only pay for videos that finish
If a render fails — a server error, a model timeout or a safety stop — the credits go back to your balance automatically, whatever quality and length you chose. No ticket, no email.
Bought a pack and rendered nothing from it? Email hello@bulin47.website within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. If a finished video is broken through our fault, we re-render it or refund its credits.
